Dawn Bell

Dawn Bell served in the US Army Reserves as a Supply and Logistics Sergeant. She attained veteran status after deployment in 1995 for Operation Joint Endeavor. Upon return Dawn graduated with a BS degree from UW-Stout in Menomonie, WI. After graduation Dawn began her sales career in Promotional Marketing, then transitioned to Pharmaceutical Sales after moving to Orlando, FL in 1999. It is here she embraced management opportunities and earned numerous awards and recognitions for her sales and leadership skills. Dawn is excited to return to the logistics arena and the opportunity to work in a family owned business with her accomplished nephews.

Gabriel Gorka is a seasoned Sales and Logistics Professional with over 10 years of experience driving revenue growth and streamlining supply chain operations across various industries, including transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.
Combining a deep understanding of freight dynamics with a sharp eye for business development, Gabriel has a proven track record of building strong client relationships, negotiating carrier contracts, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies. Gabriel's expertise spans full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal, drayage, and specialized freight services.
As a collaborative leader and problem-solver, Gabriel excels at identifying customer pain points, crafting tailored logistics solutions, and delivering cost-effective transportation strategies that boost both efficiency and service reliability.
Currently serving as Director of Sales at Lock and Load Logistics Gabriel plays a key role in expanding market presence, managing carrier networks, and ensuring on-time, budget-conscious delivery performance.

Alex Gorka
Operations Manager

Alex Gorka brings a strong background in laboratory operations, quality control, and logistical oversight to his role as Operations Manager. He began his career at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, where he gained hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures. During the height of the pandemic, Alex joined Shield T3, where he played a key role in designing and supervising high-throughput COVID-19 testing labs across the country. In addition to managing short-staffed sites and supporting the rollout of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), he was also responsible for regional inventory management—tracking supplies and ensuring timely procurement to maintain lab readiness. Alex later advanced his quality control expertise at Abbott, further developing his attention to detail and compliance in regulated environments. His combined strengths in operations, logistics, and process optimization make him a highly capable and solutions-oriented operations manager.
